How long does it takes to get started?
Once you submit the new agent forms, and scheduled your intake appointment, you will be interview by one of our staff members to review the information sent and to see if we are a good fit. After everything is approved, it can take up to 72 business hours to process the paperwork . Once processed, and your start up cost is received, you will be given full access to our agent portal and will also need to activate your CRM. You will be required to complete the necessary information to begin your journey as a Travel Specialist
Are there additional fees other than the start up cost fee?
Yes, There is a monthly membership fee depending on the tier that is perfect for you. The membership fee includes the technology, training, marketing tools, supplier resources, mentoring, credentials, E&O insurance, etc
What is We NSpire Travel commission split?
The commission split starts at 75%. Based on the commission tier you selected based on your experience. The commission split can increase to 90%. The commission split will vary under the membership level selected. Additional information regarding earnings needed to get to the higher commission split can be found in the Outside Agents membership agreement. How often does We NSpire pay commission to the agents
Commission payment are pad twice a month for all agents. Payments are made on the 15th and 30th of each month.
What are the requirements for an agent to become eligible for IATAN and CLIA
Agents can earn an IATAN and CLIA card under We NSpire Travel. To be eligible for these cards under the OA credentials, an agent must earn $5,000 in commission in the prior 12 months. To maintain the cards, you must continue to earn a minimum of $5,000 in commission from We NSpire Travel each year and also attain and maintain a 3 to 1 ratio of client-bookings to self-bookings.
Does members have to use the CRM system provided by We NSpire Travel?
Yes! At a minimum, agents must report all bookings in the CRM in order to be paid commission, and for commission reconciliation.
Does We NSpire Travel offer a website for agents?
No, you are able to use any vendor for your website. However, we can refer to a web builder that offers monthly fee.
What training is offered by We NSpire Travel?
We NSpire travel offers a LMS training that allows you to learn at your own pace.
If I cancel my membership with We NSpire Travel, are pending commissions paid to the agent?
We NSpire Travel will pay pending commission(s) to an agent that cancels their membership as long as the agent is still active with the bookings, the bookings have been properly logged into the CRM and no monies are owed to We NSpire Travel, clients, or vendors.
How can I cancel my membership?
You membership is paid annually. Please give a written 30 notice prior to your yearly anniversary date to cancel membership.
